Attendee Registration Guidelines
Your MEDCOM 2027 journey starts with one account and one integrated platform. Through the TIIKM Conference Management System, you can create your account, complete your attendee registration, manage your participation details, and connect with fellow participants at the conference — all in one place.
Please review the following guidelines before creating your account and completing your registration.
Before You Submit
Please have the following information ready:
- Your personal and institutional details
- Preferred participation mode, if applicable
- Registration ID, reference code, or promo code, if applicable
- Special requirements or requests, if any
- Reason for attending
- Payment details (if applicable)

- New participants: You will be guided to create your TIIKM profile
- Returning participants: Your existing TIIKM profile will be recognized automatically. You can review or update your details and proceed with your registration.

Complete Your Profile
Enter or verify your personal and institutional details.
Please make sure that the information provided is accurate, as your details may be used for your conference communications, registration records, and certificate.

Select Your Participation Details
Choose your preferences for:
- Participant Mode
- Participation Category
- Registration Type, if applicable
- Other relevant participation preferences

Provide Additional Information
Complete the remaining registration information, including:
- Registration ID / Reference Code / Promo Code, if applicable
- How you heard about the conference
- Special requirements or requests

If you are a new participant, you will be guided to create a TIIKM account. If you have participated in a previous TIIKM conference, your existing profile may be recognized when you enter your email address. You can review and update your details before completing your registration.
Yes. Your TIIKM account can be used to access relevant conference services across TIIKM conferences. When registering for another conference, your existing profile can be recognized, allowing you to review your details and proceed with the new registration.
You may need to provide your personal and institutional details, participant category, participation preferences, registration or reference details, and other information requested by the system.
If you need to make changes after submission, please check your submission status in the system. If editing is available, you can update your submission through your account. If you are unable to edit it, please contact the Conference Secretariat for assistance.

Yes. Your TIIKM account can be used to register for other TIIKM conferences. You can access the relevant conference and complete a separate registration for each conference.
After successfully completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your TIIKM account can then be used to access relevant conference services and information available through the platform.

Choose the Option That Works Best for You
There are Two payment options available for The 12th World Conference on Media and Mass Communication. You can pay your registration fee through,
- Online Payment (Using Credit/Debit Card)
- Bank Transfer (TT)
Before making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, kindly note that there are two processes for both attendee and presenters.
- For Attendee – Register Online and select your Registration Fee.
- For Presenters – Get the Acceptance Letter and the Invoice then pay according to the invoice on or before the given deadline
Steps to follow when you pay your Registration Fee Online,
Step 1 – Online Registration
Invoice and the link for the payment (Once you registered for the conference, you will be receiving an email with the invoice and customized link. You can make the payment online using the link))
Step 2 – Click the link
Step 3 – TIIKM Pay Crop / Appear online payment form
Enter your registration fee as per the invoice you received. Online payment system (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) requires to add an extra of 4% from the applicable registration fee as bank service charges. When you are ready make the online payment this 4% will be automatically added to the applicable registration fee.
Step 4 – Bank Payment portal
You are required to pay the total amount appears in the screen. It includes the bank service charges as well.
IF YOU COULD NOT PAY VIA YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD?
Sometimes you may try to pay via this method and could fail. It usually happens due to the security process of the banks, and you need to activate the card for foreign transactions. If so, follow the below procedure to ensure that the money will be transferred duly;
- Inform your card holding bank that your payment failed.
- Inform the bank that you wish to perform an international payment through your card and request them to allow/ verify your card for international payments.
- Confirm that the card has been verified and continue with the payment.
- After you get the notification that the payment transaction was completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.

**Note: The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk.
Therefore, the participant has to add US$ 20 for the international transaction cost. Any addition received will be reimbursed at the Registration Desk.
